Hi, I’m Emily – founder, director, and creative vision behind Cup of Coffee Media
At 15 I learnt how to make the perfect hospital corner in my first job at a small local hotel. Skip forward ten years (plus a degree in English, countless air miles, and the discovery of oaky chardonnay) and I found myself doing the same thing on a 200ft superyacht, living on the top bunk next to the laundry room.
When it comes to customer experience, the details matter:
From their very first impression of your business through your brand touch points, to how you make them feel with the content they consume, to their experience when they first walk into your place.
That’s why I feel so strongly about helping my clients create a beautiful digital presence. If it is the first time your ideal customer discovers you, you don’t want them to be confused, or worse, feel the way I do when I sit at a dirty table in a pub (sticky tables = my nemesis).
